Our goal is to have your order arrive within 7–10 business days. (these days do not include weekends or holiday days ) However, during holiday seasons, there may be additional delays due to seasonal shipping overflow and disruptions across all carriers.

Orders ship as quick as 6 hours to 4 working days after the order is placed. (depending on the holiday season )

• We currently ship within Canada and the USA. If you require shipping to another country, please inquire at hello@naturestallow.com.
• Enjoy free shipping in Canada on orders over $50 and in the USA on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged shipping costs as quoted by the carrier.
• We use eco-friendly packaging for a sustainable shipping experience. Even our packing peanuts are biodegradable!
• Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days, but in some cases, may ship as quickly as 6 hours from order entry. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Unclaimed Packages & Returns to Sender

If a package is not accepted (turned away) or not claimed at the post office or the shipping address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, the following options are available:

1. Reshipping the Order – If you’d like us to send your package again, there will be a $19.00 CAD plus tax reshipping fee for Canadian orders. Additional charges may apply for U.S. reshipments.
2. Refund Instead of Reshipping – If you choose not to reship, your order will be refunded with a 75% restocking fee, which covers handling and processing costs. This applies when the return is due to incorrect addresses entered, or packages not accepted or not picked up.

International Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation, it may be too late to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
• If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, we encourage you to check with your local carrier or neighbors first. While we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help!

Re-Shipping Fees

If an order requires reshipping due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable package, an additional $19.00 CAD plus tax reshipping fee applies for Canadian orders ($16.00 USD for U.S. orders).

Our tallow creams are sensitive to extreme temperatures, and may change consistency in transit. In hot weather, they may soften or melt and during the winter months, tallow is often harder in the jar. Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions.

If your product is slightly melted, please place it in the fridge for a little while and gently stir it. The whipped, fluffy texture won’t be perfect, but the product will still moisturize and work effectively. If it’s almost completely liquid, put into the fridge for 24 hours.

Remember: Each tallow is handcrafted in small batches, so there might be slight differences in consistency and scent.
